RH Fire has developed and delivered concept design drawings along with a comprehensive preliminary design report detailing the fire protection system requirements for the building. These documents outline the initial design framework, addressing the building's fire system needs, and serve as a foundation for further design development. The fire protection system required by the building are sprinkler, fire hydrant and fire alarm system.

RH Fire also conducted preliminary hydraulic calculations to confirm system demand and suitability of the existing town’s main to provide the system demand flow an pressure.
