Kuranui College Development and New Gym Project

RH Fire is engaged to conduct assessment of the existing fire protection system within all buildings and site wide firefighting infrastructure of the entire campus in the concept design stage of the project.

RH Fire has been engaged later to provide detailed design for upgrading the existing site wide firefighting infrastructure which include external fire hydrant outlet to be provided around the college for Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) use. The scope of work also include providing detailed design for the new sprinkler and fire alarm system of the new Gym and liaising with FENZ for the location of the fire service attendance point, external fire hydrant outlet and fire truck hardstanding.

The design of the fire protection system is developed and completed in 3D. Additionally, RH Fire provided the fire protection specifications for building consent application and tender purposes.
