Turnbull House Refurbishment and Preservation

RH Fire has been engaged to provide detailed design of the sprinkler and fire alarm system required by the refurbishment and preservation of Turnbull House Heritage Building. The scope of work also include providing the fire protection specifications for building consent application or tender purposes and liaising with Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) for the location of the fire service attendance point and fire truck hardstanding.

The design of the sprinkler and fire alarm system is developed and completed in 3D. Additionally,
RH Fire also provided construction monitoring services which include, reviewing shop drawings/material datasheet/completion documentation, attending workshop meetings and conducting site visit to ensure installation of the fire system are complying with standard and fire protection specification.
